Hello everyone I wanted to give everyone a update on the 2012 Furry Cruise. At this time we have 6 people booked with us, this is a very good start and I want to thank everyone who has been able to commit to this event so early on. Every early booking helps us keep room types and our room block going longer as it shows to Royal Caribbean the commitment of our members to this event. Below is a list of our current travelers and I encourage anyone interested in traveling with us this year to book early as well as this helps us keep the rooms grouped close together.
There is one update to our pricing this year. Due to a change in policy at Royal Caribbean for 7 day cruises we will have to request a deposit of $500 per cabin. as all other pricing on our web page is per person we will simply be braking down the deposits accordingly. (prices are rounded up for simplicity.) rest assured all money for the deposits are placed towards the total cost of your room.
Deposits Per Person
Single Occupancy: $500
Double Occupancy: $250/person
Triple Occupancy: $170/person (rounded up for simplicity)
Quad Occupancy: $125/person
All other pricing and booking info can be found at http://www.furrycruise.com/

2012 Furry Cruise Voting Now Open
Welcome everyone to the start of the 2012 furry cruise. Today we open up voting for this year's event and welcome anyone interested in going to please join us in selecting what one of the fallowing 4 cruises we take this year. Every year we like to include our previous guests and interested partys in helping decide what cruise would be the best value for those who would like to travel with us. We try to provide a wide range of itineraries to chose from with regards to price, time on the cruise, size of ship, amount to do onboard and ports of call.
For those of you who have never heard of the Furry Cruise a simple explanation is we are a "Furry Vacation" a mix of a fur meet and vacation all rolled into one. Every day we enjoy a mix of fursuiting hanging out as a group, such as main dinner at night and the meetings in the conference room at night to plan the evening and next days activities. As well as enjoying shipboard activities together with the freedom to enjoy time doing stuff on your own or in smaller groups. The furry cruise has a small friendly atmosphere where you can meet and get to know new people with open planning set up which involves fursuiters and non suiters alike. For more information on previous years cruises feel free to visit ( www.furrycruise.com ) or fallow any of the links at the bottom of this post view pictures and videos from them.
Now for this year's voting. We ask that anyone wanting to vote please join the Furry Cruise Forum (found at http://www.furrycruise.com/forum/ ) we have used LJ in the past but have been slowly migrating stuff over to the forum to make it a one stop location for all information on the event. So please join us there to vote. The fallowing are this year's options available to the group to book on please keep in mind prices are PER PERSON not per room. (example: if you plan to have just yourself in the room take a look at Single Occupancy pricing. If you plan to have 3 people in your room look at Triple Occupancy pricing EACH PERSON will pay that amount.) If you have any questions on the cruise or how to vote please contact me hear or at furrycruise@comcast.net.

Hello everyone
sorry everyone for taking so long to make this update but oy things have been busy. so let's kick this update off by thanking everyone who joined us this past year on the 2011 Furry Cruise and made it so much fun and such a success. there were so many new faces and awesome people to get to know and hang out with. the fact we even found a couple furs on the boat at random was just amazing (thank you Colby and Matt). there was just so much to do this year from the shore cruises to running around on the ship in suit to just random hanging out with good friends I just can't wait till the 2012 furry cruise to start. I would love to hear from anyone traveling on the 2011 cruise about their highlights and thoughts on the 2011 cruise your suggestions and comments are important to me as it helps me know what worked well and what may need to be changed. i would like to send out a specal thanks to FizzOtter and Vitai Slade (and anyone who helped them) for the work on the pictures and video for 2011 Furry Cruise.
Speaking of pictures and video (working on the video link soon) please check out the fallowing links for the 2011 Furry cruise. if you have a set you would like to have added or a link you want to post please reply hear or email furrycruise@comcast.net.

Now on to the 2012 Furry Cruise that is in the planning stages at the moment we are updating the webpage slowly I have a new forum set up on the Furry Cruise webpage that should be fully running shortly (www.furrycruise.com/forum) I request anyone interested in the cruise please make an account there as I'm looking to migrate the voting on this years cruise and a lot of small updates there as LJ is slowly going out of favor with many people. the following is a set of links to the cruises being considered for 2012 please look them over but keep in mind at this point pricing is NOT what is reflected there and i will have that information available before we open official voting on the cruise this year. please keep in mind any prices on the webpage do not reflect final cost with port charges and taxes and are NOT the price we will be making available to you though they do provide an idea of what the price may be close to.

Heya furries! Hope everyone is over the post-cruise depression (I know I'm not!). After quite the struggle (details below) I've finally got my video for Furry Cruise 2011 up and live. I do want to apologize to anyone who made the cruise that I did not include in this video. For the reasoning of time and entertainment value, I included only what I believed to be the very best video clips captured. Enjoy and please let me know what you think!

( Long, uninteresting details of my struggle to upload. )

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for a wonderful vacation! I look forward to seeing all of you next year. I'll be working on the video starting shortly (to be uploaded to YouTube as soon as it's finished), however, it may take a couple months as there's four and a half hours of footage to go through several times and edit. I really would love to see the pictures that everyone has gotten though, so post links to them in replies to this journal! Thanks!
P.S. Jamaica room - 8:00pm.
Hello everyone sorry for the bit of time since the last post things have been quite busy around here. below i have updated the list of travelers going with us this year we have had a couple additions and a few changes but as of this time we are at 23 people total.
A few posts ago I had started a post to talk about shore excursions, a few people expressed interest in a few of the ones listed. I personally have reserved the fallowing for myself this year if anyone would like to join feel free to look them up on Royal Caribbean's webpage and sign up. I also encourage people to use this post to talk about any other options for shore excursions that appeal to them. Though you can still buy shore excursions on the ship I recommend doing so in advance of our sailing to ensure you get the excursions and time you wish.
Please keep in mind one week from departure you can check in and print your boarding pass just like when traveling by plain. I highly recommend doing this as it will save you time at the port.
As always if anyone has any questions feel free to email me at furrycruise@comcast.net
Shore excursions I have reserved myself for your consideration
